Simple Breeding question

Hey everyone, I'm breeding Riolus and trying to pass modest nature to the babies and for some reason it doesn't seem to be working,this isn't my first time doing this or anything, it just doesn't seem to work with the Riolus, I have a Male Lucario and a Ditto with an everstone attached and a Modest nature but the Riolus dont seem to have the modest nature being passed down from the Ditto, I only got 4 Riolus with modest out of like 40 so far, does anyone have any ideas why?

If you happen to have a Pokémon that comes from a different country that isn't matched with a Pokémon that also comes from a different country, then passing natures to baby Pokémon will not work. For example, Pokémon from Kentucky isn't working with Pokémon from Brazil, and even Pokémon from Egypt isn't working with Pokémon from Spain. This feature is removed in the fifth generation, and the Masuda method is still active for both generations.

Oh, my Lucario is from germany, Ok I got it, thanks for the help =) lol I guess I will have to get anouther Lucario then.
