Those aren't going to do, since they have horrible natures. I suggest you getting new ones with beneficial natures. And next time, please be specific on what gen you are talking about.

You first need to build a team, preferable a pre-set team not one that you finished training already.

Then people will critque from there.

As immabe said, if you are considering making a team for competitive battle, you should really try for better natured specimens. If you need ideas, smogon's strategy pokedex is a great place to start. :]
