how do you evolve Budew?

I want to evolve Budew. But, leveling up doesn't appear to help it evolve to Roselia? How do I increase it's happiness in order to evolve it?

It only evolves through friendship like Shuzumi said between 4:00 am and 8:00 pm.
You can also catch a Roselia in Route 212 if you are playing Pokemon Diamond Pearl.

yeah you could, but what's the fun in that? Its not gonna be as strong as your trained Budew/Roselia.

Happiness does tend to take a while. Equip it with a sooth bell to speed up the process(I think that's the right item) have it in the 1rst slot of your party and prevent it from fainting. The fastest happiness evo based pokemon for me was a level 32 Crobat.

My Golbat was level 25 when it evolved into Crobat. If you also give it things like Carbos and Zinc and stay away from healing items that have the description along the lines of being 'rather bitter' and 'Pokemon tend to dislike these,' then you'll also add onto the happiness quotient.

I'm not sure if they changed this in B/W (probably not) But you can just ride around on your bike for a while to raise friendship, its probably more tedious for most people to do it that way, just riding up and down on the cycling road...But a suggestion nonetheless!
