Play storymode. It will help a lot. Me being an advanced wars veteran am used to the game but you'll really have to play around with things. Remember to check unit enemy range and how much damage your units will be able to do before attacking. Also start off battles with loads of infantry units. Make them capture bases and cities to boost your funds You don't need tanks right away so buy some after you've captured cities and have all the ones around your HQ.

Not if you are bad with long range units. But I admit Gage is pretty cool. But nobody beat GreyField >=D

Greyfield is a bit behind the times. I mean, isn't this way in the future? He talks like he's from the 12th century.

Ha. Am i the only person who thinks he's a lot like Hitler? Maybe It's just me.

Anyways, I'm beginning to wonder if this game takes place BEFORE the other games. It's possible that after the world is destroyed it is reborn and that's when orange star emerges and such are born. Which would also explain why there are no NeoTanks or stealth bombers.
