Requesting some help with fish

I've got nearly every fish (only missing 8) and i need to know some of the times and seasons certain fish come out. Here's a list of the fish i have yet to catch:

Arapaima
Loach
Stringfish Winter, January
Giant Snakehead
Coelcanth (I know its only during rain or snow.) Ok, 6 pm-6 am all year
Napoleonfish
Sea Butterfly (Sea Butterfly and Butterflyfish?)
Shark

After this my museum will finished with the fish so any help will be greatly appreciated.

is during rain or snow after 6 to 6 I think
string fish is in winter not sure wat months i think Jan.

Thanks everyone. I guess the reason I'm not seeing them is because most of them are rare. Anyone know of a good rainy month?
