The dying grass/snow problem

To me, this feature they added in the new Animal Crossing is a very annoying problem. My little brother plays ALOT so most of my town is nothing but a big dirt pile. I found a petition online where people are trying to get Nintendo to fix this problem somehow.

With all due respect, I'm sure it's not that big a deal. I mean, it won't obstruct you day-to-day life ingame or in RL. My grass won't wear away and it's annoying me a little, but a PETITION? Nintendo thought it would be a nice little realistic touch, but Differerent Strokes for Different Folks, I suppose.

you know, no grass means no grass bugs, and no snow means no snowman set or snowmans. i find this "new feature" to be quite annoying but im almost sure nintendo wont do anything about it... they never hear the gamers....:(

accually 2 weeks b4 cityfolk came out i saw this thread somewere "ideas for city folk" and in there was the orogional idea for the new& inproved 4 piece shirt design at the able sisters, but most of the time they dont :D

Nintendo would have to release a new game to fix this have you every had your games update on the wii?

u guys are very mistaken.......the snow disappears because it get closer to spring.....as spring goes on u will get more and more grass......when summer is here the grass will be fully grown and will change color to welcome the fall season......as fall comes to a close the grass will quickly change to snow as winter is heading in.......when winter starts to go the place turns back to dirt to grow more grass for the spring and summer seasons....



do u see.....that is the reason......i dont think you guys know what the game improves on.....people need to do their research......or just talk to the guys that make it.....

.....and btw......the areas u walk will change but only after a couple of months........so if u walk in one spot for 60 days, that is when the place will start to always be bare......the game also has a limit of 50secs walk time, for the paths, before it fills is the least amount of used space as possible

oh and btw......the ACCF games supports dlc...all the dlc gets downloaded into the system from background actions......nintendo could change the way seasons area handles by having the game download the dlc-ish patch and putting it in your games save file.....sounds impossible but all xbox and ps systems do it.......only difference is, nintendo does it discreetly

I don't care about the grass. Its annoying,but oh well. It's a game.
Games aren't meant to be perfect. They're made to be played. It's just a minor detail, live with it.
