They're talking about a UFO that flies through the sky, and you can shoot it down and find the pieces from it for a reward. :D

Yeah, Gulliver is still there with his UFO. I saw him one time, but unfornatly I did not have my slingshot with me, and he is a bit quiker than the UFO on the previous AC titles.
