Animal Crossing Wild World??????

On my ACWW when I save a letter, then go back to save another letter the letter i saved before disappears, why?????? my friend does is but all of hers have saved????

when you save @ city hall, you should be able to goto the letter area & save the letters in pelly's storage then it'll save ur game before u proceed. check the other 3-6 storage sections
