yes they can, and town name, to change your FC, all you have to do is make a new character in game...

i know a seeder i dont know hes freind code account but i was in a freind town when my freind got seeded his animal crossing name is kronua thats all i know so when you invite someone check your rooster and if it says kronua id run for the power button! but seroisly i hate seeders but i have never been seeded i know what its like though!
