Yes they do get banned but they always come back. If they are IP banned/MAC address banned, then they'll just go to other sites.

Or they just go to another computer.. That's what I do at school if my teacher shuts down my internet, it only shuts down the Internets IP, and also, you can change your IP address. It's not hard.
I'm not arguing I am merely stating that alot of seeders can get back up and carry on, on the same website in many different ways, be careful of seeders guys. Alot of seeders have a green feather in their hair, their hair is white and spiked up. My friend from down my street on another forum was mistaken for a seeder and got banned. So make sure you're not mixing with the wrong group of people, or are mistaken for a seeder. Either can be just as consequential.

One time when I was in my friend's town , he had to other guys in there exchanging seeds. so I told him to remove them as friend and then I powered off. They were exchanging seeds in the recycle bin.
