Okay, every time I try to get my acww friendcode, it won't let me. I got to the dog on the right, then I click "FriendCode!" When it trys to go on Wi-Fi, it won't connect. And I know my Wi-Fi stuff is right, cuz it works pefectly for my pokemon game, and my Wii games too.
What am I doing wrong?

no, same DS I use for pokemon Wi-Fi.

Well first turn off your fire wall settings on your computer and try to connect again... If it allows you then when ever you connect to Wi-Fi you'll need to turn off your fire wall settings, and if that doesn't work then contact Nintendo.

oh um go to the menu screen and do the wifi set up.insted of talking to the gate dog

Yes... I"m having that problem also. It says acess point not found and it works for my Wii Wifi games.

So I'm probably just going to call the guy who put up my wireless router and see if he can help me.

From where are you trying to access Wi-Fi?
Try getting very close to the router. My sister's DS has this problem.

It should give you a error code liek : <Some random number here>. Go on the nintendo webby and see what it says about it. Otherwise when he asks if you want to save and edit the details say yes and check it's all right..

had the EXACT same problem, I had to call nintendo and then I had to play with my modem and change some settings, but yah just call nintendo and they will help you and if they cant they will get an 'expert' to call you back (what happened to me XD)
