3.if they said persons can hack us,they should know its our responsibility of waht to do with our systems,and they should do something about hackers instead of people that wants to play

When my mom first got the wifi USB connector for us, they saw that friend codes were required to play friend matches. I didn't know what to do, so my mom typed in "friendcodes.com", and BAM! Instant friend codes. I didn't register on the site until much later though. Where are people going to go now?

Nowhere, just like Nintendo wants them to. Nintendo wants you to play online games only with your neighbour, since after all, the internet can only reach that far.

Where else? Here. I have an incredibly strong feeling that we can beat Nintendo by doing a few simple changes marking copyrights around here. There's tons of people that will defend friendcodes until we can't defend it anymore. If it shuts down, it'll regain strength in less than a week later. I almost guarentee it.

well this is depressing i just signed up a few days ago and the sites already going to get shut down? Well i hope that doesn't happen i haven't even had a chance to make a single friend yet:(

this is complete BS. if nintendo had the right to close down friendcodes because it used the phrase friendcodes, then there are literally THOUSANDS of gaming websites that could be deleted.

This would also mean that if any corporation googled any thing that was developed by their company, any website that had said thing in it's title could be deleted. I just don't believe that corporations have this much power over the internet =\ Naming your website "nintendofans.com" isn't legit reason for them to act on your site.
