Let's gather some info here. It's a few days untill april first, the staff said that this has been going on for months and we're just hearing it now. If the first thing to come up when you type friendcodes is this site then why would nintendo just now say something. I'm just saying theres three posibilities

1: This is true, we're boned
2: Nintendo is fooling brad and corey
3: The staff is fooling us.

Well after april fools I'll get more concerned, I have emailed noa already.

Yeah They Shuldnt Shut This Site Down cause if they Do I wont go to any friend codes ds sites because they'll just be lame and there wont be any point for wifi for the ds. Well it's not April Fool's yet.
Here is my stand on this issue. Nintendo is all about "protecting" everyone on online play. That is why there is almost no voice chat, not huge hub for people online such as with XBOX live, and they are all "don't give your friend code out to someone you don't know."
I think this is just one of Nintendo's ways of having some sort of ground for "protecting" everyone.
So back off Nintendo! If a kid is dumb enough to give away personal info, he's too dumb to play a video game.
