I'm wondering about the Awards system.

It's looking sort of bad, really.
I mean, how often do members actually get awards? Very rarely. As a reminder, awards can be recommended to Moderators (or Admin, take your pick) by private messages, visitor message, or through blogs.
So many things go into threads when they should go in one of these places. Gosh.

I'm Back Home!

I'm sorry that I could get online at all yesterday, but it's simply because we drove home ALL DAY yesterday (left at 10 am; got back at 11 pm).
So, in a nutshell, my house is undamaged. The only problem is that my street has no power. What does that mean? Simple: no Internet, no Brawl, no school, no nothing. We should have Internet connection back soon enough, but until then, I can't be as active.

Jaa mata!

(On a side note, I'm updating A.P.E.X. today.)

Ok! So, for some reason, I can NOT connect any of my games to the Internet. Our computers, sure, but my Wii and DS? Oh, noooooo.
Therefore, I won't be playing Brawl (*sniff*) online with anyone until I get back home.

I'm currently staying at a hotel in scenic Texas for some days. I'm safe, and I even have Internet out here.
I don't know, however, how often I can get online with Brawl. At the least, I'm doing all right...

I'm Evacuating.

As some of you know, there is a hurricane (Gustav) heading into the lower US. I, unfortunately, am in its path, so my family and I are evacuating to Texas.
We should have the Internet once we're there, but for today and a lot of tomorrow, I won't be able to get online.
Don't worry. I should have Internet connection again in a few days at the most.
