  3. Nintendo To Pay $30.2 Million To Former Sony Employee

    Seijiro Tomita, previously with 30 years of expirience working for Sony has recently sued Nintendo for infringement over the 3D technology found in the Nintendo 3DS. Tomita explained to the jury that he introduced the technology to Nintendo back in 2003 and that Nintendo took the technology to create the 3DS's focal showcase. Nintendo lost the case and now has to to pay $30.2 million to Tomita for compensation.
