I went to the Gamekeper on this rainy weekend for the big Last Night on Earth game. George was already there with his stuff so we basically talked for awhile about the scenario. The scenario in question is the Zombie Apocalypse scenario in which the hero players must prevent the zombie players from destroying six buildings for 17 turns. It is a very tough scenario for the heroes. While we were discussing about it, the other players were finishing up a game of Kingsburg.

I stayed up late today in the morning because I participated in a Magic Online tournament. The format was a booster sealed which means players provide their own boosters, open them up, and try to create a deck out of those cards. It is my preferred format since it really tests player's deck building skills. Of course, there is the bit of randomness where all the cards you pulled are just plain awful, but that is the fun. I stayed up till three or four in the morning just to come in 15th place out...

I believe an original copy can fetch up to $200. Good thing it is coming to WiiWare. Hopefully the game comes to the US as well.
