Lifestyles of the rich and the famous

Yes, the title of this entry is from a song, which I hate, but it just seemed appropriate.
Why is it that lately I've been surrounded by... expensive items. I guess not too many, but just the other day I was driving behind this beautiful Aston Martin (yes, the same one James Bond drove in Die Another Day). There aren't too many of those in my city, and it's the first I've seen actually.
Then just today, I was following this shiny red Ferrari. I'm pretty sure there's a nice drool mark on the steering wheel now. They sound so nice.
And this Saturday, I'm flying down to California for a couple weeks and staying at my uncle's place with his family. He just moved into this huge $14 million home. I've seen pictures and it seriously looks huge! I'd never dream of living in a house like that, and yet I'll be staying there for a little while.
Yeah, it'll be pretty amazing (hopefully pics to come).
Speaking of my trip though, of course I'll be away, but I may pop by and write in my blog to let you all know what's going on. Not that any of you give a crap, but hey, it makes me feel better knowing at least some of you read my blog =)
Anyway, I'm out for now.

| | Yeah, but what about that special edition Rock Band set, Mr. I'm-Just-A-Poor-Canadian-College-Student? I'll admit that I live in a loaded house (swimming pool, movie theater, fancy lots of space), AND I have a Mac, but I have always been the type who was cheap about what he buys, as long as it isn't made by Steve Jobs ![]() |

| | Ha, well I've got a lot of other things to spend my money on other than games ![]() And just because your family is well off doesn't necessarily mean you are =) And just because someone doesn't have a pool and theater doesn't mean they aren't as wealthy =) |

| | Please, Brad, if you don't have a private Olympic-sized pool and a private theater in your home, you're just a loser. ![]() |
