Regirock is starting to •••• me off!

[COLOR=black]Well, I'm doing a technique called soft reseting, this is my first official time soft-reseting and I didn't think it would be hard at all, to make it even more difficult this is in an advanced game, meaning there are no synchonizers what-so-ever, so what was normally 50% chance of seeing the right nature is now roughly 0.038461538461538461538461538461538%.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=black]Ugh, well, I see 'good' regirock on smogon, so I decided. What the heck I'll give it a shot. I'm going for a relaxed regirock 31/20+/31/x/20+/x. I saved right in front of regirock, with a master ball and a empty spot in my party. Well, at first I thought that this wouldn't be hard, even if there were no synchonizers on emerald. So I start, and within 15 minutes I see a relaxed one, I used an IV calculator and here's what I came up with- 24/31/24/0/9/13 Not too shabby for the first one eh? Well I've been doing it for almost 3 hours and guess what? None are relaxed, I haven't even seen a impish one, all I see are ones with neuteral natures or dumb ones, the words quirky and modest haunt in my head.
