 | | Classic Nintendo Its Nintendo throwback! Revisit the past as our top reviewers share their take on Nintendo's classics. | | Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask | | Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask Yo yo It's me again ( what again ) yeperz I say I got "hook on reviews" but there fun to do so sit back and enjoy.
To start this thing off I well show you some screenshots from the game. Developer: Nintendo EAD Publisher: Nintendo Designers: Shigeru Miyamoto Eiji Aonuma Release dates: JP April 27, 2000 NA October 26, 2000 EU November 17, 2000 Genre: Action-adventure Number of players: One Rating: ESRB E (Everyone) Platforms: Nintendo 64 & Nintendo Game Cube. More Info: Designed for the N64 Rumble Pack and Expansion pack required for the N64 Re-released for the GCN( Nintendo Game Cube ). Introduction - Once again you play as Link hero of time. But this time he’s trying to save a town form being crashed by the moon which has a face on it, kind of creepy. Meanwhile the mask salesperson you saw in Hyrule gets…mugged by a skull kid he takes a legendary mask named Majora’s Mask. Controls - The Controls are basically the same as the Ocarina of time controls, only going to Link only. B – Attack with sword; if you hold it and release it well unleash a powerful spin attack. A – Talk to people: if running you can do a role attack. Z Targeting – You can leap to the side by holding the analog stick to the left or right and pushing it. Pushing it while holding forward wii executes a powerful jump attack. Holding the analog stick back and pushing A well do a back flip. Z button – Well “Z Target” a foe, object, or a person, you can only lock on the one thing at once. Special actions - Jump - Jumping will be executed automatically if Link walks off a ledge. Game play- The game play of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask is based on the 3D computer graphics engine used in its predecessor. Link retains a variety of basic actions, including walking, running, somersaulting, and limited jumping. Majora's Mask is the second game in the official Zelda series to take place outside of the land of Hyrule, placing the protagonist Link in a land named Termina. The Skull Kid has been causing several issues and is attempting to persuade the moon to abandon its orbit and crash into Termina. The player repeatedly returns to the point of his first appearance three days before the crash of the moon using a song called the Song of Time on the Ocarina of Time; he relives these three days collecting the knowledge and abilities required to prevent the catastrophe. As in previous installments of the series, Link uses a variety of weapons to battle enemies and to solve puzzles. The sword is his standard weapon and is the most frequently used weapon in the game. Link has several different sword techniques and several more can be learned throughout the course of play. The shield is used for defending. The bow and arrows are typically used to attack a distant enemy or to activate a switch, although they can also assist in close-range combat. Link can stun enemies with deku nuts, then inflict damage with another weapon. Bombs can be used to damage enemies and clear other obstacles, while the hook shot is capable of latching onto an enemy and pulling it towards Link or vice versa, my favorite item. The game play in Majora's Mask expands upon that of Ocarina of Time; while retaining puzzles based on the use of bombs, arrows, and music, Majora's Mask also includes masks, character transformations, and the limit of a three-day cycle to add further difficulty and variety to many quests in the game. Also there’s a new character in this game that helps with Links navigation wii might know him as tingle. Tingle made his 1st map at age 3! Sound – I can’t get enough of this over world music it has the classic touch of music like in the other Legend of Zelda series, and I often find my self humming the Deku palace music. 5/5. Replay Value - There’s replay a plenty in this game since most if it is constant replay, there’s a load of “Sub quests” you could do to get masks and other items 5/5 since it is mostly replay anyway. Goodies and the badies. - You get to play as three other creatures not just Link.
- Total Freedom.
- New landscape instead of being in Hyrule.
- A lot of masks each of unique and different.
- Still got the classic musical touch.
- Still got those “Brain power needed” puzzles.
- Can get stuck in a puzzle and could take a while to figure out.
- Could run out of time, even when your so close to get something done.
Tip– I’ll try this for once; if you play the Song of Timebackwards it reduces the flow of time by half. PLay the Song of Time backwards again to return the flow of time back to Normal. Over All – 5/5 Nintendo did a good job keeping the series going; it was a great addition to the Legend of Zelda series to. I hope the Legend of Zelda series never dies, Legend of Zelda for everz!

down 10 baloons. I think you are supposed to do this in under a
minute or 2, so it might take a little practice. When you do it right,
she will teach you Epona's song. Then you can play Epona's song to call Epona to you when you in the overworld. | | | | | | Re: Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask review. ??? i dont have a bow and arrow how do i um well this is the gamecube one and well lol how you destroy the big octoack? well i need help | | | | | | Re: Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask review.
