Hey i'm new and all but what are sprites?I know im a noob. Also i was watching this Link to Ganons castle thingie somebody made and how did he do that ? I want to learn.Thank You . By the (another noob question ) Where do i get avatars ? (Super Smash Bros. Brawl Avatars maybe) Thanks

A sprite is a small picture with many pixels (dots) to make a complete picture.









Most sprites come in sheets to be animated like so:
Super Stick Bros 2
or
Metroid Extinction

EDIT: Making videos using sprite is long hard work. PM me about it and I can explain it to you fully.
