I don't remember doing one for February. But Nonetheless, I will continue to next month.
Rules & Objective: We want to know from you what is the best sprite. In other contests they say who is made the sprite. We want to hear from you about which sprite in the best with out the restraint of Dictatorship. Participants will PM (read me again PM) your entries to me. I will put them in the contestant categories in random order to scramble any trace. I will put numbers next to them and you vote on the best number.
Here are some of the rules:
1) No Plagiarism (Copying)
2) Any entry shown to public with name (eg you put it in your post) will be disqualified.
3) Telling of others about your sprite will get you disqualified.
4) Do not try to look for who made it, as I want to keep this honest.
5) No previously used sprites.
6) No tutorials.
7) Two entries max.
8) Non-moving sprites only, unless otherwise instructed.
9) Your own original sprites, unless otherwise instructed.
Dimensions: Any file that is visible and any size.
Theme: Saint Patricks day or Easter.
Deadline: March 23rd. Voting begins then. Voting ends on March 30th.
