Uhm.. This is like, really close. Hyoushou has some cool effects, but Chester's is clean and nice.

I like Hyoushou's entry, it's cleaner, and I like it as a whole. I also dig the lighting, it works in this case.

It looks like Chester just zoomed into a render's face, threw scan lines over it, some text, and a border. Not putting it down, by the way. Simplistic things are sometimes nice, and his doesn't look bad. It just could use a bit more, imo,

The way Chester has gone about making this would seem like he was trying to create a user bar.

the scan lines make Chesters look all choppy and gives it an odd texture
