Pandora's Tower is one of three games that were released to the Japanese public with positive criticism for being amazing J-RPG's, the other two being Xenoblade Chronicles and The Last Story. Originally Nintendo had no plans on bringing either of the three games to the other territories due to believing they would not sell as good as they did for being J-RPG's and in the believe that people would not want to buy them, Nintendo thought they wouldn't be... popular, boy was Nintendo wrong. This was soon debunked by fans from across the country, and probably from across the other territories, they wanted the three J-RPG's and they wanted them now! Thus Operation Rainfall was started. The point was to show Nintendo that fans over seas wanted those games. At first Nintendo shared that they had no plans in releasing the games over sea, but on December 2, 2011, Nintendo revealed on its Facebook page that Xenoblade would come to North America on April 6, 2012.
Soon after on February 22, 2012, The Last Story was confirmed to be scheduled for release in North America on June 19, 2012 by publisher Xseed Games.
As of now 2 games have been stated to, or released in North America, so what whit one more. It's likely that Nintendo will release the finally game in america as it would not make sense to release the other two and not this one, but this is just my opinion. Expect to hear more in the coming weeks leading up to June 20th as that is one the pre-orders for Pandora's Tower should start.
