[UPDATE] 3DS Ambassador Games

For those who are part of the 3DS Ambassador program, the long awaited free Game Boy Advance downloadable games will be available this week. These games will only be available to those who own and registered a 3DS before the price drop on August 11 of this year. There is no word on whether Nintendo plans to release these games in the eShop for the general public. Below is the full list of Game Boy Advance titles available for people to download:

F-Zero: Maximum Velocity
Super Mario Advance 3: Yoshi's Island
Legend of Zelda: Minish Cap
Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones
Kirby & The Amazing Mirror
Mario Kart: Super Circuit
Mario vs. Donkey Kong
Metroid Fusion
Wario Land 4
WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgames

Most of these games I played already or my brother had some of them too. My favorite was and still is Yoshi's Island.

What ever happened to Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros 3? I remember reading that it was confirmed to be on this list along side Kirby & The Amazing Mirror.

I was really hoping for a Pokemon game, but since I haven't played many of these I'm pretty happy with what is being given away. Now Nintendo just has to ramp up their regular virtual console program and I'll be set.

I still own 6 of the games on the list and I really wish nintendo would of added Mother 3 to the list to make us ambassadors feel superior over the other owner who waited for the price drop.

They announced earlier in the year that these gameboy games would be available later next year in the eShop, but the NES games would not be available outside the ambassador program. Still, free gameboy games are pretty cool. Not to mention that these games are all epic.
