The Story of Kuzon

I'm gonna start this back up again, and then continue the series where I left off. Intro and table of contents will be edited into this post later. Chapters 1-19 will be posted again, and probably 2 to 3 at a time until chapter 19, then I'll post chapter 20 and move on to the next book.

Introduction

"Water, Earth, Fire, Air. Long ago, these four national lived in harmony. The benders of each nations shared somewhat of a brotherhood with one another, and there was always peace an balance in the world. However, all that change when the fire nation attacked. Only the avatar, master of all four elements was powerful enough to stop them, and when the time came, he did." Avatar Aang is shown in the background

"A hundred years have passed since the end of the war, but the Earth Kingdom, Water Tribes, and Air Nomads remain hostile towards the fire nation for their century long war. However, there is one boy from the fire nation named Kuzon, who will do his best to put the world back into balance again."

The camera then zooms into the hazel eyes of a boy, then zooms out, showing the rest of him, standing on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Heroic music plays ending the intro

{Book 1: Fall}

-Chapter 1: Kuzon's everyday troubles-

The story starts with a scene that gives you the viewpoint of flying through the skies, clouds rushing at you with nothing else around. The camera continues this for a few more seconds, then the top of a volcano comes into view, and the sounds of a crowd cheering can be heard. The camera circles around the mouth of the volcano, revealing a stadium inside. Then the camera heads into the volcano, zooming into an announcer.

Announcer: "And in the left corner, we have Dragon Lord Kuzo!"

A man then walks toward the middle of the stadium. He has long dark brown hair, golden colored eyes, and a full mustache and beard that connect around his lips. He is tan-skinned, and has a smile on his face. Ripping off his shirt, he looks to the sky, and unleashes a blast of fire from his mouth accompanied by a roar. The crowd goes wild. Every bit of Kuzo's body was coated in defined muscle. Yet, his stature was small compared to...

Announcer: "And in the right corner we have Fire Prince, Drommon!"

Another man walks toward the middle of the stadium. His hair, much shorter, but he has the same skin tone and eye colors as Kuzo. He only has a long goatee for facial hair. He is densely muscled to the point of ripped. He is Kuzo's younger brother. He slams his fist into his palm, and a bit of fire sparks from the impact. He's ready to fight.

Before they step back into their corners to begin, they shake hands and smile at each other, and the crowd goes wild once again. They exchange some friendly words and step into their corners. This Agni Kai was a friendly one. The announcer says "Duel!", then Kuzo shoots his fists to the ground, shooting fire into the ground and jumping into the air. His flight is continued with firebending from his feet. He flies toward his brother Drommon, rearing back, then extending his arm, shooting a medium sized fireball towards Drommon. Drommon shoots his own fireball, and they clash, creating an explosion which knocks them both back. They slode back onto their feet and shoot long ranged fireblasts towards each other that clash in the middle of the stadium, creating another explosion. They then rocket towards each other, bending fire from their hands and feet behind and below them for a boost. Kuzo stops, gets a solid footing, then arches sideways and aims both of his fists towards Drommin, releasing a rather large fireball that hurls straight toward him.Drommin dodges this fireball and then shoots one of his own towards Kuzo. Kuzo throws his arms forward, then to each side, making the large fireball instantly dissipate.Kuzo's arms then burst into flames, and he again rockets towards his brother, Drommin, then the scene freezes, and goes completely silent.

A loud woman's voice: "KUZON!" Giggles from fellow students follow.

The previous scene disappears, and we see young Kuzon in class with a shocked facial expression, just being awoken from a daydream. It is his teacher.

Teacher: "Pay attention! What i--"

The bell rings, and the class is let out. Kuzon is saved by the bell.

Teacher: "Study hard tonight, kids! There may be a pop quiz tomorrow!"

Kuzon goes to his locker and begins to grab his things to head off for the day, until he was then pushed from his locker by a larger boy dressed in Earth Kingdom clothes. THe boy then slams his locker shut. The boy's name was Rocky, and he gave Kuzon a hard time day in and day out. He was the typical bully: large, violent, athletic, and stupid.

Rocky: "Watch where I'm going, Fire nat-- I mean, Kuzon!"

Laughter can be heard in the background. Rocky then walks away laughing, and Kuzon gives him a vengeful glare as he has his back turned. He then re-opens his locker, grabs his things, and exits the school and heads home.
Credits roll.

Chapter one is up. I didn't double it in size like I wanted to, but I did extend it a little bit.

-Chapter 2: The Practice Session-

The scene opens up with the camera just above his right shoulder. The hilt of his sword bobs in and out of view. The hilt was all different shades of red, and the sheath was a single shade of red with a gold metallic locket and chape. He also has a bow and carries arrows around with him. His arrow quiver contains golden dragon markings. The camera stops as he looks up and sees Melody, his crush. Melody was a pretty girl, curvy, and just a couple inches shorter than Kuzon. She had dark brown hair with some lighter brown highlights, and dark brown eyes. He's had a crush on her since he first moved to the Earth Kingdom, and he doesn't live too far away from her. His eyebrows drop when he sees her boyfriend; none other than Rocky, Kuzon's bully. He heads to the beach within walking distance of his house, and heads to a hidden area of the beach.

Once at this hidden area, he sets down his sword and begins to practice his firebending. He trades between fire fists, fire palms, and fire kicks. He knows basic firebending, and can only shoot fireballs and constant streams of fire, but also has some defensive firebending courtesy of his great grandfather Fire Lord Zuko, who taught him "The Dancing Dragon". He practices a few poses of The Dancing Dragon, firebending from whichever limb was the most extended.

He then stops and begins to think about his father, Dragon Lord Kuzo. He then takes several deep breaths. On the last breath, he takes a long breath inward, and balls his fists. He then shoots his fists out to the sided while exhaling. His hands then burst into flames. He looks at his palms, then balls his left fist and extends it forward, shooting a large stream of fire. This technique doubled the power of his firebending, and made hand to hand combat against him a foolish idea. The flames around his hands then vanish, and he walks over and grabs his sword and bow. He then walks toward his house. Once inside, he sees his mom with her back turned to him.

Kuzon: "Hey mom, I'm home!"

His mother then turns around and smiles. His mother is extremely attractive. She had a really beautiful face, long light brown hair, golden colored eyes, she was very curvy, and had eyes that would sparkle in the night. Every male in their town was after her, married or not.

Mom: "So how was school?"

Kuzon: "Today we were learning about Ba Sing Se. Tomorrow, we might have a quiz and next week, we're gonna learn about Sozin's Comet."

His mom's eyes widen a bit when he mentions Sozin's Comet.

Mom: "Well, you'd better get to studying, I'll have dinner ready soon."

Kuzon: "Okay mom."

His mother then looks away then down, her facial expression changing to a worried one. She's fearful of what may happen during the next visit from the comet. That scene disappears, and the vision of a massive flying fireball ends the chapter.

-Chapter 3: Glass Blowing-

The scene opens up with Kuzon walking home from another day of school. He heads home, then grabs some utensils, puts them in a bag, and heads for the beach behind their house. He then pulls out a piece of paper with a list of glass objects needed to be made.

Kuzon: "Hmm, two large glass vases, four small vases, a glass jar and six glass cups."

Kuzon then memorizes the list and puts the piece of paper back in the bag. He then grabs a shovel and scoops up some sand, then carries it over to where there is an old well that's above ground. It's the perfect spot to dump the sand for glass blowing. He dumps the sand from his shovel into this shallow well, then grabs several more scoops.

Kuzon: "That should do it."

He then goes into his bag and grabs a rod made of a strange metal, and takes his sword and bow and arrow quiver with him. Looking down in the sand pit, he extends his index and middle fingers together on his right hand, point them into the sand pit, and shoots a stream of fire into the pit of sand. He keeps the blast going continuously until the sand glows orange and melts. He grabs his rod and sticks it into the now molten sand, and pulls out a bit around the edge of the rod. He then pulls the rod out of the pit and rotates it back and fourth, then blows into the rod, forming a bubble. He blows into it until there is a fairly large bubble, and is careful not to pop it. As it cools, it hardens and becomes very shiny. He then draws his sword, and uses his sword to mold and shape the material into a small vase. He then sets it in the shade to finish cooling. Kuzon would them take his rod and stick it back into the molten sand, pull out some more molten sand and repeat the process for the rest of the objects on the list. He then sets the vases, jars, and cups carefully, then slowly brings them back into the house to be sold.

Kuzon: "Mom, I finished the glass! Can I borrow Louie and head to the store to sell these?"

Mom: "Okay Kuzon, hurry back!"

Kuzon then pulls out the glass, and sets them in hand-made bags and heads outside where there is a giant eel hound resting on the ground.

Kuzon: "Louie!"

The eel hound then wakes up and walks over to Kuzon and Kuzon pets him. It's easy to see that the eel hound was old and didn't have many years left. He attaches the bags the glass is in to the saddle, and gets on Louie and heads into town. He stops at a glassware store, and grabs the bags and heads inside to the clerk, who pays 20 gold pieces for the glassware.

Clerk: "I appreciate your business, Kuzon. If I need more things from you, I'll send you another list in the mail."

Kuzon: "Thanks. See you later!"

Kuzon heads outside and sees the sun going down. He gets on Louie and heads home.

The camera then scrolls upward into the sky, and suspenseful music plays as the chapter ends.
