New enemies and new plot:
In the Johto region a new evil forces appear in Cherrygrove City. They call themselves Team Parasites. Team Parasites is a group who used dittos, and psychic pokemon in battle and created some evil potion that make pokemon go wild and uncontrollable. They call it the "Virus Potion". Team Parasites` main plot is to erase the life of a pokemon. Not only that Team Parasites updated Ditton`s status which gave it new moves like Mimic, Assist, Beat Up, Conversion 1, and Conversion 2. But theire goal is to make every pokemon become extinct and destory other places and capture the legendary pokemon like Celebi, Darkrai, Deoxys, and give ultimate power to the birth of fossil pokemon.
New heroes and new change of story:
In New Bark Town a group of old heroes return to town because they recieve a message from Professor Elm about joining the good guys Team Hunters that invited the heroes to join and help defeat the Team Parasites. You was also told to walk to CherryGrove City and talk to the sailor to take you to Team Hunter`s secret headquarters. At the Team Hunter headquarters there will be some schools and adademys there. You will be given pokemon missions to take care of and you must collect hunter medals then just gym badges. Can you test your skills and save the world of pokemon?
New updated:
The man at Azlea Town will trade you different type of poke balls depending on the pokemon berries you give him.
In Goldenrod City radio station the judges will give you a new mode "Present Pokemon" that appear in the menu.
Another new mode included will be call "Online Center" instead of have to save at the pokemon center you be in a different center that like the pokemon center. You may also get your new recieved friend code here and get a poke`pad as well.
In Goldenrod City game corner you will get a chance to play a couple of new pokemon mini-games than repeatedly play the old ones every new generation games. Some of them will also required you to play with the touch screen.

What is assist quests? a bonus quest you be ask by few people that need you for help and each one you complete will give you awards.
Assist Quest 1: The Pokemon Circus.
Hint: the man in the clown suit need you to capture some pokemon for the circus. He say he need you to go to his house in Violet City and bring his Mr.Mime, Persian, and Kadabra.
Assist Quest 2: Pokemon Racer`s Decision: 3 pokeracer boys having a pokemon race contest and trying to see who win. The first boy say he will used Rapidash, the second one used his Dodrio, and the last one used a Donphan.

Mini-games:
Notice: remember all mini-games will be 3-D. Some mini-games will be either 2 players only or a party of 4 join.
mini-game 1 Poke`touch fighters: used fighting type pokemon only like Machop, Machoke, Machamp, Primeape. Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee, Hitmontop, and Blaziken.
How to play? slide the stylus up on the empty space to punch.
Slide northeast to do a kick.
Tap on the enemy to do multiple hits.
Spin around the screen to do Blaziken`s Blaze kick, or to do Hitmontop`s spinning kick.
Slide down vetically to do Karate Chop.
Slide horizontally to do a Close Combat.
Scream to the microphone to do a DynamicPunch.
Repeatly slide horizontally on the enemy to do Double Kick.
Steadily hold the sylus on the empty space to do a Focus Punch.
mg2 Poke`eaters: the competition get chow down by some hungry pokemon.
Challengers: Munchlax, Gulpin, Swalot, Lickilicky, and Lickitongue, and Snorlax.
Bosses to unlock: Snorlax, and Lickilicky.
How to Play? each foods given to the challenger and whoever eat the rarest food win the most points, and some foods will either give you negative points or small earn-in points. In order to eat the food you must move the stylus to move around and tap on the screen to chow down on it. Or you could blow to the microphone to suck every foods in the room once you get a full SP bar.
mg3 Jigglypuff`s fly off: play as jigglypuff or Igglypuff and pick up the falling berries.
How to play? blow into the microphone to keep the balloon pokemon flying up high into the sky but be warn there will be some pokemon trying to pop you so try to evade them. You will be given 3 HP. Fly high until you reach your mother Wigglypuff. Be warned lose your Hp and it game over for you.
mg4: Rock Smashing: play as any pokemon who can used Rock Smash.
Playables: Rhydon, Rhyhorn, Rhyperior, Onix, Steelix, and Tyranitar, Lairon, Aggron, and Bastidon.
Rocks will be on the ground and sometimes falling. Walk around and look for any rocks to smash. Each rock have it own emblem and each emblem hae their own amount of points. But be warn hit a Geodude, or a Golem and you will get attack. But if your HP down to zero then you get Game Over.
HP amount: 30/Easy, 20/Normal/10 Hard.
mg5 SpaceTarget: fly around the galaxy and attack your enemies. Keep shooting at your enemy until one fall down.
playables: Deoxys, Mew, Mewtwo, and Cressilia.
How to Play? used the control pad to move, used A to shoot psybeam, press B to dodge, press Y to used Psychic, and press X to used Quick Attack. Notice that the dodge button won`t work on the time.
HP diffiulty: 200/Long, 150/Normal, 60/Short.
Twisted ending: Giovanni the 8th gym leader from Kanto will appear later on.
