Welcome to my most likely to be final story I'll ever create "Hybrid". Why is this the final story I'm making you ask? That's quite simple actually, I just put to much effort into my work and waste a load of time. Don't get me wrong though, I love doing these stories but the way I do mines is just a bad habit.

This story will have a total of 4 Chapters in total. Each Chapter will not be very long in length like Ayumiko. It's best for the reader and the typist because reading walls of text can be quite an eyesore.

I truly hope that this story brings a lot of attention to many fellow readers and fan fiction typist around these forums, each reader and comment is most appreciated.

"It's finally happened... they have finally decided to take action on our planet! We are all doomed! There's nothing we can do now, all hope is lost..... somebody save us!!!" The mysterious voice echo'd loudly into the darkness.

M a u r i c e: Maurice turned his head as if he heard something while he was sipping on his soft drink.

A l e x i s: "What's wrong?" Alexis stared at Maurice concerned.

M a u r i c e: "Uh, oh it's nothing. It was probably just my imagination." Maurice rubbed his head and sigh'd.

A l e x i s: "Ha ah you having been acting quite strange lately dear. Is everything going alright at work?" Alexis gave Maurice a cute smile.

M a u r i c e: "Nah, not really... everything has been the same as usual. I've just been hearing these strange voices and I've been having strange dreams for the last few days...." Maurice looked down at the ground for a brief moment thinking. "Ugh! enough of this let's go home and get some rest, the Sushi Bar will close any minute now."

A l e x i s: "Alright sweetie, I'll go get Kaiari. You can go start up the car." Alexis tossed the car keys to Maurice.

M a u r i c e: "Hmph, deal." Maurice opened the door and exited the Sushi Bar. He began fiddling with the keys searching for the correct key to the car. But as he was looking down at the keys he noticed a strange light off of the reflection of a small puddle on the sidewalk. Maurice's shot his head up into the night cloudy sky and seen a swirling beam of light that vanished within seconds. "What was that..." Maurice shook his head, I must be losing it heheh." He then found the correct key and unlocked the car door and sat inside the passenger seat. Maurice took a deep breath and started up the car. "I wonder if there's any good music on the radio." Maurice began switching station to station looking for something interesting to listen to. But suddenly he stopped at one of the stations that got his immediate attention. It was a voice of a strange man that sounded frightened and exhausted like if he was running from someone or something.

R a d i o: "Everyone out there that is hearing this! Please do as I say or you and your love one's will be killed! Area 51 has been keeping major secrets from the world. They have been studying UFO's and Aliens for many, many years and they finally discovered what these Aliens are up to! These Aliens are actually planning on taking over our planet. All of these years they have been watching us from above bringing more each visit!" The Man began crying in terror. "They are going to come in a large group and begin a massive genocide on a huge population of us humans! We don't stand a chance against them either, the government already knows this, their weapons and technology is far beyond ours. But there's a way to get out of this and save your loved one's! You must......." The Radio connection suddenly began breaking up and the voice vanished.

M a u r i c e: Maurice stared down at the radio in shock for a brief moment. "It's probably just some insane guy that had way to many beers or something." Maurice looked out of the window and seen Alexis walking towards the car while holding Kaiari's hand.

A l e x i s: Alexis buckled Kaiari into her car seat and then got in the front seat next to Maurice. Alexis then looked at Maurice as if something horrible just happened.

M a u r i c e: "Did something happen while you were getting Kaiari Alexis?" Maurice held Alexis's hand and looked into her eyes.

A l e x i s: "I don't know, something seems weird. The air outside has these weird eerie feeling to it. I just want to go home as soon as possible alright?" Alexis looked in the opposite direction of Maurice.

M a u r i c e: "Sure thing hun, it's been a long day." Maurice pulled off and began heading towards home. The car ride was completely silent, no one spoke and Maurice looked in his rear view mirror and noticed that Kaiari seemed spooked herself. "Kaiari you alright back there sweetie?"

K a i a r i: Kaiari shook her head up and and down.

M a u r i c e: "Well we are finally home!" Maurice pulled up into their driveway. Maurice shut off the car and everyone exited the vehicle.

A l e x i s: Alexis noticed that Kaiari as they all were walking towards the house. "Aww, come here sweetie." Alexis lifted Kaiari into her arms and they all entered inside.

M a u r i c e: Maurice looked back at them both of them and smiled. "Ah, my two little angels." Maurice gave Alexis a smile.

A l e x i s: Alexis looked down and blushed. "Let's tuck in our baby and give her a kiss goodnight." Alexis looked at Kaiari as she was carrying her and noticed she was fast asleep in her arms. Alexis carried Kaiari to her room and laid her down in her bed.

M a u r i c e: Maurice turned and gave Alexis a passionate kiss on the lips and they both smiled and stared into each others eyes. "I love you Alexis."

A l e x i s: "As do I my love." Alexis giggled.

M a u r i c e: "My life is complete with you two you know. I'm married to such a wonderful woman, and I have such a special daughter. There's nothing else I could ask for. Hmph, let's get some rest hun." Maurice carried Alexis romantically into bed and kissed her on the cheek. "Goodnight baby." He layed down beside her and shut his eyes.

A l e x i s: "Goodnight love you" Alexis slowly shut her eyes as well.

A few hours passed and Alexis awoke from her slumber from a loud thump she heard nearby.

A l e x i s: Alexis got from under her covers to see what it was. She then heard a awkward voice that didn't sound human. "Hello? is anyone there...?" Alexis said frightened. "As she walked down the hall, she peaked into Kaiari's room and noticed two tall grey monster like creatures looking over Kaiari scanning her with their long fingers. Then suddenly one of the stranger creatures lifted Kaiari out of her bed. Alexis raged and thrashed into the room and begin attacking the creatures with her bear hands. "Let go off my baby!" Alexis roared.

M a u r i c e: Maurice heard Alexis's voice and shot up out of his bed and rushed to Kairai's room following her voice. "Alexis!? Alexis!" Maurice busted into Kaiari's room and looked at what he seen in shock. Alexis was still fighting off the mysterious creatures. "Alexis get away from that thing!" Maurice pounced on the alien and began punching it in the back of the head and got bounced off. The creatures were angered and shot blades from out of their arms. "What in the world are these things?!"

A l e x i s: "Maurice help me!" The creature lifted Alexis from the neck in a choke hold. It roared at Alexis and then penetrated Alexis through her chest with it's long blade. Alexis was stunned and began choking on her blood and the creature slammed her into the ground.

M a u r i c e: "Alexis!!!" Maurice picked up his daughter's lamp and began swinging it at the creatures furiously. The creatures decided to back off and escaped from the window. "Kaiari!!" Maurice punched the wall in anger.

A l e x i s: "Maur.. Maurice..." Alexis said with very little energy.

M a u r i c e: Maurice ran over to Alexis and held her hands in his arms. "Alexis, everything is going to be alright. I'll get you to a hospital!"

A l e x i s: "No, Maurice." She talked faintly. "Don't waste your time doing that, you've made me the happiest girl in the world. I know I'm going to go early from this world. But as you said your life is complete." Alexis coughed up blood. "Well so is mine, just do me a promise my love." A tear ran down Alexis face. "Do everything in your power to save our baby.... goodbye...." Alexis shut her eyes and died peacefully in Maurice's arms.

M a u r i c e: Maurice began crying and pressed his head against Alexis's forehead and kissed her. "I promise..."
