Message: Hurry, um we need help…they are using our city as a nest. They are spreading. We need res u ng ,quick. Hurry we are located at um San Francisco, California. Hurry, Um I got to g---------End… The officer grabbed the messages he had received and ran them to the General. He had been receiving messages all day. And they all new they had to go to war. The General looked at only a few of the messages.
“We don’t have the amount of men to go to war. We will perish. We must wait till Jakes squad gets back in a week”
“But, dude we don’t have time. We are surrounded. Messages have come from all over the west. Our only hope is sea or central America”
“We could go to sea but that will be far to dangerous. We can either go threw central America, hide here, or rescue all those people by sneaking threw America.”
“General we both very well know that both of those options would take weeks of preparing. And we only have a week at the most”
“If we work fast we can make it. We can be done before Jakes squad has even returned”
“Jakes squad has been gone for more than a year. Every other squad returned a month ago”
“Yes, but we can send a message and see if he gets it. They have the brains and the skills to get us threw this war. They have killed hundreds of aliens. They can easily kill more”
“But they have lost two men, and the two men were very good at killing”
“Yes they have lost them, but who said they were dead”
“So you’re saying that they got lost on purpose”

“Dominic hurry”
“I am”
“Get in the shack and hide” we ran into the shack so we wouldn’t be captured. We were now on a secret mission. We were trying to weaken the aliens from the inside. They had separated from there squad a month ago. I had to say goodbye to my cousins, and my brother. And Dominic hired my cousin Kelsey as a baby sitter for his younger sister. Our squad was heading back to the base and they should have arrived today. It was now half a week since the messages had arrived. I was now 14 and a half. Four more years and I will be on the alien’s radar. They will be able to track me and I’m dead meat. So we have to win in four years or I’m gone.
That day, Andrew was leading the squad into the base, they had just arrived and were eager to say hello. When they got in they discovered that with nothing to do the people had improved the base. They stopped at the new gate witch was now electric and did not have to be opened manually. They said the pass word and it opened. They drove in parked, and walked into there section in the base. There houses were the same as they left it. They all got into there beds and slept. Cole sad that his brother was not there stayed awake for a while ate and slept. Cole was now 12, the same age as Jake when this all began. Cole would give anything to see his parents, but that would probably never happen and he knew…THE END
