go to the digicoliseum and talk to kudamon and try to connect through wifi and then restart the game and go to wifi connections and go to confirm friend code. but you must try to connect through wifi first

Yes it is... whenever you digivolve a digimon it goes back to level one... it can be very confusing at times...
