The DSi hasn't existed for 2 years. I'll just assume you mean
DS.
No, I wouldn't say it's worth it. It doesn't do anything very good worth the price tag. You have a
GBA,
DS, and an Ipod already, and the only thing this would give you is access to tiny DSiWare games and Mario-themed calculators, which also cost MORE money. The price tag? $169. And its homebrew scene is also less advanced, and you lose the ability to use
GBA Union, like importing Pokemon from Ruby and Sapphire, transferring passwords from Golden Sun, and various other unlockables. You also lose the ability to play Guitar Hero and Boktai.
I'd also like to remind you that the
DS does not have 80GB of internal memory, like an IPod. You need to store your tunes on an SD Card, which generally holds MUCH less. It doesn't play movies, either, nor does it directly support MP3's. You also need to convert everything, even though every device under the sun now can play MP3's.
You've already invested in both a
DS and an Ipod. Buying them again together with reduced functionality doesn't make any sense.
The only justifiable reason to buy a DSi is if you didn't have a
DS already. And even then, a Lite would be a better choice, in my opinion.
