If people are receiving the error "004" for their Wii update, it means that unauthorized software should be removed as it is impairing the update process. Obviously, people with homebrew applications or use flash carts should not get these updates.

In approximately two weeks, DSi will be selling for $149.99 and the DSi XL will have the pricetag of $169.99. Sadly, the DS lite will remain the same price.

Cammie Dunaway, Nintendo of America's executive vice president of Sales & Marketing, said "We know shoppers want to get the maximum value out of every dollar they spend," … "Our new Nintendo DSi prices make it easier than ever for consumers to access the tremendous variety of games, applications and social tools on the Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DSi XL systems."

I can’t help but think that the 3DS’s impending release has something to do with this. No release date has been set for this magical piece of hardware yet. However, perhaps Nintendo has one in mind?

Nonetheless, this is very good. What with all the upcoming releases launching these next couple months, consumers should appreciate the extra money. Especially if you’re planning on getting Golden Sun: Dark Dawn this November.

Whilst Japan is enjoying their advantage of getting their hands on the game earlier, the rest of the world AKA us unlucky gamers will be having to wait until Spring 2011 (Autumn for us inhabitants of the Southern Hemisphere).

If you're a Pokemon fan you probably read the last Pokemon article giving the results of the Pokemon World Championships 2010. Well it turns out that a member of FC actually was there competing. He did pretty good too. That member was immabe123 aka Aaron Grubbs, and he made the top 8 and took 7th place in the Junior Division. I asked him if he would do a short interview for FC and he agreed.

Nitro: So when was it that you first started playing Pokemon?

Aaron: I started playing pokemon in summer 2007 and my first game was pokemon fire red.

Nitro: Was it always your goal to compete in tournaments? Not always.. I just wanted to play for fun and to get out of town and see how players compete from around the country and world. I was surprised when I made 3rd place in Dallas, 4th place in Indianapolis, and 7th in Kona

Nitro: Tell us how you ended up at the World Championships. What other competitions did you have to win to get there?

Aaron: How I ended up there was that I had to play in the regionals in Dallas. I made 3rd place at that event. I won a dsi and 600$ reinbursment, and a an invite to the nationals in Indianapolis. Then, I played there and made 4th place and got an invite and free airfare and hotel accumodations for the pokemon worlds in Kona,Hawaii.

Nitro: What were your feelings when you started your battle for 7th place in the top 8?

Aaron: Well after that battle, I cried a bit because I lost to a kid from the nation of Japan because of a critical hit. Also in otherhand I was proud because I played against some of the best players from different nations.

Nitro: Well I've gotta ask it. You took 7th place which means someone defeated you. How did that happen?

Aaron: As I mentioned in the other question, I lost because of my hitmontop died to a critical hit. It would have lived by a bit but he got luck.. I also misplayed a little bit and he predicted pretty well.

Nitro: Were there any close battles that you barley won during your trip to Worlds or did you find it easy to get there?

Aaron: Most of my battles were easy but in my first round was pretty challenging in the 2nd round because my blissey was my only hope. You should know what blissey's role is:). He had his kingdra and kyogre out(which were both physical sweepers). Then I would just take both of the hits from special moves because my blissey had max special defense evs and toxic both of them. Then they would take damage from toxic and I would just keep using protect and softboiled. I would have lost if I did'nt have blissey.

Nitro: How much harder is the competition at Worlds than at other tournaments?

Aaron: It was harder because many players did'nt know how players from different countries play.

Nitro: If it's not a big secret, would you mind telling us what Pokemon your team was made up of?

Aaron: Abomasnow,Kyogre,Giratina,Blissey,Rayquaza,and Hitmontop

Nitro: What was your favorite experience during the World Championships?

Aaron: My favorite experience was that I got to meet and battle many players from around the world.

Nitro: And lastly, do you have any advice to give Pokemon players with their eyes set on the World Championships?

Aaron: Advice I would give is that build a team and put some time and effort in it.

Nitro: Alright, thanks very much for the interview and the best of luck to you in your future competitions.

Last Friday, Saturday, and Sunday the best and most dedicated Pokemon players gathered together in Hawaii to play in the biggest Pokemon tournament ever, the Pokemon World Championships 2010. It's called Championships with an 's' for a reason. There are tournaments held for both the Pokemon Trading Card game, and tournaments for the video game as well. I'm going to cover what happened on the video game side.

So how do these players qualify for Worlds? There are a few different ways to accomplish this task.

1.) You won last year. That's right. The top four qualifiers get an automatic invite to the following years competition.

2.) You can qualify for Worlds at a National event.

3.) Lastly, you can qualify during the Last Chance Qualifier. This intense tournament takes place the day before the World Championships. The top eight finishers in each division of the Video Game Last Chance Qualifier will compete at the World Championship.

Once you get to the World Championships, there are two divisions, Junior and Senior. The Unites States had 16 on the Junior Team, and 17 on the Senior team. Japan had 8 on it's Junior team and 9 on it's Senior team. There were also people from 5 different countries in Europe. Spain, Belgium, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Europe's Junior team, made up of those 5 countries, had 16 people. The senior team also had 16 people.

So what were these people competing for? Well the Pokemon Video Game World Championships hand out prizes to the top eight players in each of the two divisions. Here are the prizes.

1st Place:

-A World Championships 1st Place Trophy
-A customized Pokémon Nintendo DSi™ XL!
-Airfare and 4-day/3-night hotel accommodations for the winner (including parent or legal guardian for players under 18) to attend the 2011 World Championships
-An invite to participate in the 2011 World Championships
-A trip for four to Tokyo, New York, or Oahu, including airfare and 6-day/5-night accommodations
-Additional Pokémon items

2nd Place:

-A World Championships 2nd Place Trophy
-A customized Pokémon Nintendo DSi XL!
-Airfare and 4-day/3-night hotel accommodations for the winner (including parent or legal guardian for players under 18) to attend the 2011 World Championships
-An invite to participate in the 2011 World Championships
