Actually I'm not really familiar with it all, but this game looks pretty quality. To give some background on it, it's being made by the same developers that are working with Capcom to produce Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All Stars. If you're at all interested in that game, maybe you could find something to like about this too. This game features all of the following-

-Wi-Fi Multiplayer: No friend codes for random matchmaking. It will also have player ninja cards that keep track of your online win/loss ratio across all the different multiplayer game modes.
-3D fighting game mechanics: Reminiscent of games like Soul Calibur, this has sidestepping and other 3D fighting game features.
-Tag Team Battles: You can optionally fight tag team batt.es These have assists in the style of Marvel vs. Capcom. They also have special, character-specific team supers.
-4 player battles: You have the option of being able to fight 3 people at once.
-40 characters: Apparently these include some original ones. You start with 8 of them unlocked.
-Story mode: This covers the events of Naruto Shippuden.
-According to IGN, the developers worked with the top players of the previous games to make it as balanced as possible.
-When characters hit 20% health, certain boosts get activated that can help them turn the tide of battle.
-Similar to games like Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 or Bleach: Dark Souls, you can use some of your special gauge to teleport. Some characters have other uses for their special gauge as well.
-It only costs 40$!
-This game comes out on the 17th (less than a week!).
