You dont need the european version to link with other europeans..
You can link up with every version of the game you want..!
It doesn't matter because the DS is zone-free!

uhm, id hate to break this to ya, but FFIII's fc's are not region free ive tried to add people from america all the time, but it says everytime that somethings wrong with the friendcode lame! cause i wanna unlock the quests...
