No you don't convert them you take them into your casinos then send them home in barrels. Those that win something waste it on the slots again or spend it on something completely useless. Also money doesn't buy sophistication you have to earn it.

Ok but why do they come? Because you (not you personally) build casinos and unleash prostitutes then you encourage them to come and waste money and get picked clean. Also unless you actually add something new to this discussion then I can not go any further in this topic.
