Hey guys. Just wanted to get through some of the guidelines that are specific to the F&G forum.

First of all, follow the rest of the FC Rules & Guidelines:

On top of that, here's a few extra things to know about the F&G forum

• New threads must be approved by a moderator before they will appear on the board

This change was made to prevent the hundreds of pointless topics that would be created. Most of which was made specifically to irritate other members. So the staff decided that to prevent that, each thread would be read over by a member of our moderation team before appearing on the forums.

• Treat other members with respect: No swearing/insults

I know this one is a part of the FC Rules as well, but it really needs to be stressed here. Some people are under the assumption that since this forum doesn't effect your post count, that you can get away with anything here. So just keep that in mind

• Spamming

Again, since the forum doesn't effect your post count, doesn't mean you can spam. You can get a lot closer to it here than other parts of the site, but still don't make posts like "skuhuyyghsdga read mah blog" etc

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Why isn't my new thread appearing!?!?

Read the above post

• When will I know if my thread has been approved?

When it appears on the forum!

• How long does it take for a thread to be approved?

This varies. The moderators are very busy people, and having to approve F&G threads is extra work (sorry about that guys) It can take anywhere from 2 minutes to 24 hours. In the mean time, you can enjoy some other threads in F&G and around the forums, play a game in a WiFi Hub, and catch up on Nintendo news on the frontpage.

• How will I know when my thread is disapproved?

If your thread still hasn't appeared on the F&G forums after 24 hours, it has most likely be disapproved. Sorry

• Someone has harassed/insulted me on the F&G forums, what should I do?

Report it! As outlined in the above post, the rules still apply to this corner of the site

• What should I do if my question wasn't answered in this FAQ?

Ask myself or any Moderator or Administrator. Your question might even be added to this thread.

Alternativly, you can make a thread about your question or problem in the Site Feedback and Support forum.

The current fad is popular now on the forums, however, due to the cards' functionality, it has produced many spam threads.

Let it be known that threads asking to level up the license/cards are considered spam and WILL be deleted.

If you want to ask for level ups, do it by advertising in your sig below the card or join some of the social groups dedicated to them.

EDIT: Also, due to the newly enforced sig rules, ONE card is enough to fill the allowed space, a second one will clearly surpass that limit.
