Here is the deal:
-One copy of each game is opened so that people know we have it. If it ain't gutted, we don't have it.
-We usually have unopened back stock copies. If you get the last copy, you get the opened game.
-We do check out merchandise, but managers should not allow employees to take out New Releases, and most don't let employees sign out new games, period. Therefore we have to wait until we get a used copy.
-The case should have some sort of seal on it (like a clear sticker on the place where you open the box) so that you may have a chance to return it as long as it isn't broken. If it doesn't have it, the employees are not doing their job.
