What you do if somebody say they ain`t paying you back your money they borrow from u?

Because to me it ain`t right for people to borrow money from someone then later on act like a selfish jerk and say to you that "I ain`t paying you nothing.

i just forgot til lyou reminded me my cusint owes me like 5 dollars and a new nba 2k5(very old ). well i just go up to them and ask them but if there not family i threatened them prusite them and kill them with sniper rifle
