Uhh i dont want to read it to be honest,
The title puts me off looking at the picture and so does the description below but all i know is its probably about animal cruelty, i dont like cats, but i wouldnt have a reason to kill them, my dad hated cats, he just scared them away, but killing an animal? How could anyone do that.

WHAT?! I know i sound stupid when i say this but the law should be changed a little,
that is ridiculous, i mean how would the owner of that cat feel when it found out its pet died, i have had 2 hamsters and a dog, my hamster died when it got too old and i cried, and imagine how you would feel if it got killed, pets are a part of the family i think, you should treat them like one. Not kill them.

if the person killed an endangered animal then it would be different
but if my dog got shot i couldnt sue the guy
its sad but its the truth
they have animal control just to move the animals
they actually dont need to take care of the animals
they do because they want to

It's China, man. Cats and dogs are served as food there. It's their culture. Why care because it's against your morals? Don't do it yourself and leave other cultures to make decisions for themselves. It's not our place to say what's right and wrong to other people just because our idea of "Cruelty" differs.
