Anime & Manga: Good, Bad or Ugly

Just look at this picture! It's obviously disguising something. Something evil.

If anything they're these three:

ANNOYING.
OBNOXIOUS.
AND A THREAT TO SOCIETY.

Why ? Well, let's see...
(A few prime examples of the 3 above)

Annoying:
The Lucky Star theme. It burns my brain, and really hurts my ears... It needs to die...

The fangirls/fanboys. They •••• me off to a point of no return... They need to get a ****ing life...

Obnoxious:
The fact that certain ones (Like Lucky Star) have NO point to them. They exist for no reason whatsoever, and make no common sense...

Once more, the fangirls/fanboys who always seem to be incapable of taking an offensive comment about their favorite anime. They seriously get ••••y over a TV show... That's just pathetic...

A Threat to Society:
If you insult Anime and Manga, the fans will kill you, and go ballistic. It's that simple...
And that pathetic, that they can't live without it to the point of wanting to kill someone just because of an insult, or because someone else doesn't like it.

Lastly, here's my greatest example:

It was a Senior Breakfast at my Highschool, and I asked a friend of mine if he saw a specific Family Guy episode. My ex-girlfriend stated: "Oh, that show is just stupid". And my response was: "Typical response from an Anime Fan." She went ballistic on me, and couldn't even be mature about my opinion. My thought ? She shouldn't have started on something I liked with a negative comment, if she didn't want a negative comment thrown back at her. They're all the same... Pathetic.

You can tell you're obsessed:
When it's to a point, where you can't take a simple insult about Anime, you know you need to go to rehab.

I've been obsessed with something once too. It was an MMORPG, called Ragnarok Online. Thankfully, the other players were annoying *** holes, so it made my decision to leave much easier. I haven't gone back since.

I must say I love anime. But, it's not my life, and I don't spend all the hours watching it. My point is, it's a funny hobby. If you like movies and such, you will enjoy watching anime. Problem is, it still has the bad, and the ugly. One thing that people like to see is hentai. Hentai is a word used when referring to sexually explicit or pornographic comics and animation, particularly Japanese anime, manga and computer games, acording to Wikipedia (Hentai - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). I find it disgusting, and a way that freaks have to avoid the fact that they don't have a real love in real life. What's the point of seeing two guys having sex with each other? I mean, it's not real. It's pointless, stupid, and so on. I'm not insulting people who like it, but I'm really not fond of it.

Also, I could consider this the type of anime fans:

"1. Narutards run around shouting "RASENGAN! BANKAI!" and wear ninja costumes.
2. Animebloggers sit at home and spend long hours writing about their anime experiences, for no rewards at all besides e-•••••.
3. Cosplayers spend a lot of money dressing up as anime characters and then strutting around pretending to be one in a public place.
4. Figure collectors spend a lot of money buying little overpriced overvalued pieces of PVC, the cost price of which is probably 5 percent of the retail price.
5. Gothlolis spend a lot of money buying expensive branded clothing which cannot be worn normally outside without looking like a freako.

Smart? Only if the word SMART actually meant Supremely Masochist Anime ••••••ed Toads."

And this is pretty much the truth, unfortunatelly for us anime fans. But not everyone is like this, and I thank people who aren't, although there are some people who fit there, but are not so bad. It all depends if you're smart, or not. If you can control it, or not.
The bad side of all of this is that it can change people lives easily, which... is not good.
