FC, Divine E here with a new thread, and even a poll. Basically, I want to know what
FC thinks of some of it's newer features that don't directly have to do with gaming. Now to me, newer can include a lot of things. I have been here since 2006, (*coughs, hacks, and shakes cane* You rotten kids with your fancy new
FC features.) so I have seen quite a few updates in my days.
Alright, the features I have chosen to talk about are Blogs, social groups, Custom CCS profiles, Picture alubums, and Profile Widgets. Now believe it or not, I was around when
FC did not have any of this. Actually, the most advanced things we had were the forums, the gates open widget, and the chat room. I actually remember when the hubs first came. I still remember when most
FC trading was done in chat. I am amazed at how this is against the rules now. So much has changed. I have seen features like petz come and go. I remember when everyones profile was the same. (*Breaks out into song* Sometimes I want to go, where everyones profile is the same! And the mods are glad you came!) Ah yes, I can go on and on about the days of yore. Those were the good old days, but yore has apparently died. So, What new non-gaming feature do you like? Why?
