I've head of this before. He left the house without his parents knowing and somehow bought the game. He came home and they saw it so they locked it up in some safe. Then he somehow opened it, took the game and a gun. You know the rest. And I believe he shot his dad's leg.
What an idiot.
Actually he shot his parents in the head. (BOOM HEADSHOT!)

Guess what? I'm not violent at all. (Sometimes I beat my younger annoying brother up, but I've been doing that since before I owned video games, much less violent ones, and I'd still never kill him.)
I think people just always want to find something to blame people's actions on. Right now people want to blame video games.

Hehe xD
I must admit, I'm guilty of doing that too, but not violently, I do it in a playful fashion!
I don't own many particularly violent games, however, I've played on them on many occasions, and owned some on my PS2, and I have never even DREAMT of doing such a thing.
Last Year in School, we did an essay on if the Death Penalty was right or wrong. I had said it was wrong, but after reading:
"
Mark Petric testified that his son came into the room and asked: "Would you guys close your eyes? I have a surprise for you." He testified that he expected a pleasant surprise. Then his head went numb from the gunshot."

And besides, he planned it, If it was an accident, then that would be a different story, but he planned it D=

When protection meant wearing a helmet?
Dad's shoulders were the highest place on earth, and mom was your hero? Race issues were about who ran the fastest. The only drug you knew was cough medicine. The only things that hurt you were grazed knees, and goodbyes only meant until tomorrow? And we couldn't wait to grow up... "
