I believe it's time to settle this

I have seen many threads in the recent time that I've begun to immerse myself once again in FC's forums, and most of what I see seems a bit... attention-seeking. Now, I'm going to say this here and now. This thread is meant to attract attention. It's meant to attract the mention of the culprits, per se. It's meant to attract the attention of the people who attack those people. It's meant to attract... you get the point.

Are these threads not pointless? I saw one on Pangaea. I saw one on Trolling. I saw one on, frankly, whining about getting flamed at. Two of the aforementioned are common sense to those with an IQ level of above 50 (seemed like a good number), the other is just... pointless space and a pity fest.

Admittedly, this topic in itself might be pointless space. However, I feel the need to ask of the opinions of the people here, and especially the mods and admins of the site. Must we continue to listen to the rantings of an eleven-year old, or can we make threads that are actually of some use here? I mean, what discussion can come out of a trolling thread other than, well, trolling? What discussion can come out of a thread that's about getting flamed other than flaming? I can see some discussion coming out of a Pangaea thread, but that's from another user.

Just some ramblings from a 16-year old.
Discuss if you will, friends. I do not mean to instigate any feelings of bitterness or remorse or even anger toward me, I simply seek answers.

Is this in accordance to iJappy's threads and his controversy over trolling? If so, I agree in general. There are many threads that are made just to absorb attention (and/or reputation). But 2/5 of them have a purpose and a point to their meanings (like the Pangea thread and others with a good point), others are just things like "Wtf lol guise, u all are flamerz and i hate gettin bad karma for reasons that are harsh but true. lol, then i'll tell u how to do stuff u alredy kno. :3",

Can't we just forget all this trolling and flaming and just let it die. I mean seriously who cares about attention seeking threads let the Mods/Admins take care of it.

I agree. It seems some people make threads for absolutely no reason except to make a thread. I do understand that people make them just for fun, but seriously, some of them make you think, "Why is this here?".

He's currently ban, but back to the story, if I remember correctly as this was years ago, he even offered to take her to other places because he had a stash of coupons for various restaurants.
