Fast paced, I listen to mostly Rap and R&B which is mostly fast paced. And occasionally I listen to something from some other genre here and there.

I listen to anything with a good beat. Slow to fast. Mostly metal, My Spirit Will Go On (Dragonforce) is fast and Call of Ktulu (Metallica) is slow. Those are but two examples.

Also, if you listen to Cliffs of Dover without the guitar it sounds so funky.
