I was gonna say to someone who was looking at me "who are you looking at?" but I think they aren't letting me say it. My brother say I wouldn't say anything because I'm scared.

I don't think people can physically read your mind. I think that there's people who're able to pick up on subtle little facial expressions and stuff that people do which combined with some trigger phrases can cause people to inadvertently reveal things which make people think their minds being read, but 90% of the time I think it's a hoax anyways..
And as for "I was gonna say to someone who was looking at me "who are you looking at?" but I think they aren't letting me say it" if you're trying to imply that someone mentally prevented you from saying anything, unless they're a Jedi, I'd say your brothers right.
Personally I doubt it's possible to read another person's mind.
No .
Indirectly, yes. Not actually staring into a person's eyes and trying to read it. It's more of a psychological aspect. The moment itself, environment, and actions of the person, may play a role in trying to read someone's mind.. But, like.. Ehhh, It's kinda hard to explain. (This coming from a personal standpoint and own information of past experiences.)
How does this tie in with reading someone's mind? It was kinda obvious that they were looking at you.
Yes, yes they can.
Agreed! Some people just have a lot of natural intuition for those kind of things. They can make nearly adquate guesses about almost anything just by observing the facts and analysing the situation... the only draw back is that these people can occasionally turn out to be very wrong also about their predictions and misread entirely the facts.
Yes, I am psychic.
I also tend to stare at ugly people.
