Its not the fat in chocolate that kills dogs, Chocolate is toxic to dogs because it contains theobromine, a compound in the same family as caffeine.
Personally I dont know if they are allowed, I havent really owned a duck.. I dont really see how it could kill them though.. So the duck should be fine.;)

Cheese contains the most grease on the pizza, give them pieces of the crust and any veggie toppings and you should be fine. Cheese may or may not agree with their system but it shouldn't kill them.

For the chocolate, it depends on the amount, and what kind of chocolate. All chocolate is deadly to dogs, but how fast it kills them and how dangerous it is depends on the chocolate.

On topic, a duck can have cheese and all that jazz, but it's probably not good for them to have. A small amount shouldn't harm them except they may get a little sick from it.
