I have an all S ranked Chao that's still a baby, I don't play SA2B as much anymore, but maybe I will start playing again. But first I have to decide what kind of Chao it's going to become.

I was gonna make a new chao forum since all the ones out there pretty much suck but I kinda gave up on it after stopping to play.

Yep. I'm not kidding. It was first stated in NP's cover story that NIGHTS would have a chao-like feature, and then it was confirmed a few weeks ago on this site. This is probably why the game was delayed 2 months.
