As long as the internals can hold up and I'm guessing yes because I'm running 10.4.10 on my Powermac G4 Tower. My guess is YES!

I recently installed Leopard on mine. That touchscreen looks great. How much does it weigh?

Well it probably doesn't weigh that much especially because all mac laptops are very light, and the pictures look like the computer was modded from an iBook G4 or G5. Bottom line: Not That Heavy(No Exact Weight)

I personally think my mom's is heavier than mine and hers is a macbook. I think it has more memory than mine though.

Yea my mom has a Black macbook standard and it seems pretty light. Here are the official Apple Specs on the macbook. From this page:
