iPod Classic owners? (80)

How good is the classic? Is it reliable? It seems to be pretty low in price, seeing that it's only $50 more than the Nano, yet it has 72 more GBs than the Nano does.

Does it break easily, etc? Discuss. :/

I have the 160 GB iPod Classic and it works great. I've dropped it several times too, yet it still works completely fine. Though I'm sure the 80 would be more than enough for most people. 160 GB is a lot of space!

I just got an iPod classic for Christmas. It works great. I have a season of TV, a movie, over 1,000 songs, and I have plenty of space left. I would suggest 80 gb to anyone who doesn't have too many songs, but you could go with the 160, either way, they are good.

I don't have one, but feel I could throw my opinion around.

IMO, since, in most occasions, I'm very function over fashion, I consider the classic to rock.

I personally have about 80 gigs of music, and a little over 100 movies, not to mention various complete seasons of anime.

For only $50 more than a Nano, the classic is a very great grab.

Also, don't mind the pricetags, Apples pricing doesn't make sense. Example? Ipod Touch (16gb) for more than a Classic 160 gb.

I just got a classic today. Its a 80G and it works fine. Its reliable. I like it more than the nano. But I got the 6th gen iPod classic, so I dunno which gen you want, but the 6th gen is great. So far I've added 240 songs and 32 videos and there's still tons of space left. Its brighter than the previous ones and it feels great, the battery power is very reliable because it was playing for 13 hrs straight and its still going. And it looks sexy.

iPod Touch has features that the iPod Classic doesn't. Like an internet browser.
I don't have an iPod Classic, however, I do have an iPhone. I love it like a baby. Yes, we get reception here in the underworld.

The iPod Classic looks smexy, too. I'd buy one if I had the money.
