If anyone here wants to lose some weight, the best way to do it is eat lots of lean meat and lift heavy weights while taking protein shakes(and more)
This will put muscle on your body, and the body burns 50 extra calories a day per pound of bodyweight.
Here's mine
Special K Cereal for breakfast at 7 or 8
Chicken/Beef sandwich and a protein bar at 11
Lunch of Carbs and more protein at 1 or 2
A 2k run after lunch
Dinner-always consists of Meat and carbs eg Steak and Potatoes at 6 or 7
3 hr workout from around 8 to 11 consisting of
Hammer Curls
Military Presses
Swiss Ball Bench Press
Press Ups
Shoulder Presses
Half an Hour of Solo Karate Basics
and lots, lots more.
