Wow, some of you guys try WAY too hard to be active! Unless you're REALLY enjoying it, I'd tell you to lay of the runs. Half of what some of you guys are doing is enough!
As for the people that only do one sport, that's great. As long as you do it several times a week, and let it involve the three parts of fitness (flexibility, strength, and aerobics), you'll be good to go. For example, swimming works out EVERY BONE in the body!
